Geared for the moderate to advanced aerobic enthusiasts using an adjustable Reebok® Step.
The class ends with an abs workout.
Body Sculpt
It's an invigorating total body workout incorporating the use of the Reebok® Step, hand weights and bands.
No Cardio but lots of work!
Power Yoga
With more vigorous and faster movements, Power Yoga generates more heat in your body to help you stretch better.
It's yoga that makes you sweat and really improves your flexibility.
Hatha Yoga
Combining deep breathing and physical exercise increases circulation, strength and flexibility.
Learn how proper exercise, diet, breathing, relaxation and positive thinking combine to achieve good health.
Cross Trainer
A moderate workout using steps & low impact moves in a fun and challenging way using hand weights for strength
followed by a final stretch.
BAT
That stands for Butts, Abs, and Thighs - the three areas everyone wants to firm up. This class targets these areas
using a variety of fun exercises.
Step Pump
Using the Reebok® Step hand weights and bands you'll get a total body workout.
Cardio Pump
Lots of Hi-Lo Cardio along with hand weights and bands get you a total body workout.
FitBall Stretch
This is a class of flexibility, balance, and stress reduction using a FitBall®. You'll learn how to relax your muscles.
Boot Camp
It's demanding but fun featuring a cross-training sergeant-workout to improve muscular endurance,
flexibility & overall range of motion. You'll work hard!
Ball Pilates
It's everything Pilates is, but this class incorporates the fitball!
Pilates A = Advanced, B = Beginner, I = Intermediate
Yogalates
Combines Yoga and Pilates movements in a relaxing atmosphere.
Movements focus on strength, galance and flexibility.
Pilates
Strengthens deep core musles. Learn about body alignment and spine stabilizaton.
